Working with Alysza
How can we work together?
By paying attention to what is arising in the here and now
By offering psychodynamic reflection, psychoanalytic knowledges and coping techniques that allows client new tools and perspectives.
By staying curious and reflective together
Recognising patterns or narratives that may not serve you, building new ways of being by new way of relation.
I support and advocate for client to move forward in life from a place of self-compassion and strength.
the flow of now

Assessment -what is it & what is it for?
‘Assessment’ comes from the Latin ‘ assidere ’ which means to ‘sit beside’ or ‘assist in the deliberations of a judge’
The aim of assessment is to determine the suitability of clients for treatment; and to evaluate progress and outcome.
Therapeutic Process framework
Assessment - It's about getting to know you, personal history, what make you feel safe and unsafe, diagnosis, what concerns you, therapy plan and goals may unfold as therapy progress.
