What is Art psychotherapy?
Unlike traditional talking therapy, art psychotherapy allows experiences that may be difficult or impossible to articulate verbally, to be contained, materialised and externalised through the creative act. Together we will explore patterns and narratives that may no longer serves you. We may work with subconscious materials in a relational framework. We may reflect on thoughts and feelings that arise in the presence in a non-judgemental and confidential space.
All session begins with a free initial consultation call, and first 1-3 assessment sessions to establish goals and get to know you.
